CTC GIFTS RETURN POLICY
If you are considering purchasing from CTC Gifts Please take a few minutes to read this return policy. We sell a variety of items. CTC Gifts has agreements with numerous manufacturers to ship directly to you.  This helps cut costs by only requiring shipping one time rather then a second time from us to you.  This cuts costs and allows us to pass the savings onto our customers.  Our return policy varies depending on if this is an item we keep in inventory, or if it is shipped direct from the Manufacturer or Distributor. Please find your item or Manufacturer  and read carefully. We work hard to keep our prices low for all of our customers. Shipping rates have sky rocketed. For these reasons we feel it necessary to institute these Return policies.: Please find the item you are interested in. Any questions please email us at Sales@ctcgifts.org. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS IN RETURN WITHOUT A RMA number   


  • NECK TIES, BIBLE COVERS,& CHRISTIAN WRIST BANDS
    Retail: These items are stocked in our warehouse and are shipped from zip code 17522. These items are accepted for return with an RMA number with the following guidelines.
  • 1. Damaged items: A damage RMA number must be requested within 3 days of receipt of item. A full refund including shipping will be refunded for damaged items meeting this criteria.
  • 2. Returns other then damage: RMA number must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in the original packaging in resalable condition. Purchase price - 15% restocking fee and shipping costs to you (even if the item was free shipping the cost of shipping to you will still be deducted from the refund amount)
  • 3. Missing items: Please inspect your purchases carefully and notify us within 3 days of receipt of any items that may be missing from your package

  • WHOLESALE ORDERS OF NECK TIES (orders of 10 or more)
      Damaged items:  Please request a damage RMA within 3 days of order receipt
     Missing items: Must notify CTC Gifts within 3 days of receipt of any items missing.
     Returns for any other reason: We do not accept returns on wholesale orders for any other reason. Wholesale orders are considered orders of 10 or above that received a quantity discount

  • Melissa & Doug items Melissa & Doug are known for quality toys that are child safe
    Melissa & Doug stand behind each item they sell for quality.
    1. Damaged items: Melissa & Doug will replace these directly, If you call their 800 number (1-800-284-3948) during normal business hours they have a customer service representative on that is great to work with and will handle your problem efficiently.
    Please note CTC Gifts is here to offer assistance but we do NOT directly accept damage returns for Melissa & Doug products.
    This is only because Melissa & Doug handles them so efficiently, we know you our customers are in great hands.
    2. Melissa & Doug Returns for any other reasons:
  • a. An RMA must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
  •  b. Item must be in original unopened, condition, and in resale condition.
  • c. These items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded either way. If these items were shipped under a free shipping special, The Shipping cost to the customer will be subtracted in addition to the 15% restocking fee.

  • Kidkraft Products
  • Damaged returns: These items will be handled through our Kidkraft rep. Customer can contact Kidkraft directly or we will be happy to contact Kidkraft on customers behalf through our rep.
  •   Warranty:Kidkraft offers a 90 day warranty on all of the items they sell. This warranty is directly through Kidkraft not CTC Gifts. Any problems after 14 days should be communicated directly to Kidkraft customer service.
  • Kidkraft returns for any other reason: CTC Gifts does not keep in inventory on most Kidkraft toys on a regular basis so we are unable to accept any Kidkraft returns for any other reasons other then described above.


  • Item numbers ending in a TK or marked as manufacturer Trademark
    This represents item coming from an alternate distributor.
    These items ship direct from a distributor in Ohio.
    We have to follow their return guidelines.
    1. damaged items: Notify CTC Gifts within 3 days and we will obtain a RMA for you from the distributor. They will issue a call tag and pick up the damaged item and send a replacement.  No refunds  2. Returns for other then damage: Items may be returned with an RMA in the original selling condition unopened within 14 days of receipt of item.
    These items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping will be deducted. If item was offered as free shipping the shipping amount paid to ship to the customer will be subtracted prior to the refund in addition to the 20% restocking fee.

  • Guidecraft USA :  guarantees the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and we want your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products please contact Customer Service so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We want your complete satisfaction. Do not hesitate to contact us - we want to hear from you!
    What about Damages or Returns?
    We hope that you never have to return any of our products but if you do here are a few things to keep in mind. When your order arrives, check all packages for damage or carton shortages. If there is anything damaged or you are missing products that your packing slip states should be there make a note of them. Call Guidecraft Customer Service Center at 1-800-524-3555 and they will be happy to resolve the matter. Please have your packing slip available when you call
    I lost a toy piece. How can I get a replacement?
    You can email your request to orders@guidecraft.com or contact our Customer Service Department.
    Are Guidecraft USA safe for my child?
     Yes. All Guidecraft USA products are designed and intended for use by children. All of our products are subjected to rigorous safety testing using ASTM standard

    Faye's Dolls:
    These dolls are special ordered for you from a Local vendor.  Returns only accepted if there is a defect

    . Schoenhut
    In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your product:
    1) Notify Schoenhut  of the issue within 10 days of receipt by calling Schoenhut's main office at 904-810-1945.
    2) A customer service representative will attempt to address the issue over the telephone. If it is determined that a replacement part is required to resolve the issue, it will be sent to you directly at no charge.
    3) If the issue cannot be resolved over the telephone, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided, along with instructions for returning the item to us (Merchandise returned without an RMA will not be accepted).
    4) The original packaging and box must be used for return shipping. Otherwise additional damage could occur, which may void the replacement option.
    5) The returned item will be inspected at our factory. Upon verification that the issue is a result of mishandling during shipment to the customer or a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent to the customer at no cost.

    CTC Gifts does not accept returns on Schoenhut items because these items are special ordered for you.   We will assist you whenever necessary with any problems with your product.  Since Schoenhut customer service is wonderful you should not encounter any problems.
