We take shipping your gift items very seriously. We attempt to ship all items as fast as possible. Most will ship within 1-3 Business days. Wholesale order may require additional processing time.

Free Shipping :   Free Shipping is within the Continental US ONLY.  Free Shipping method is Economy by either Parcel Post or Fedex ground as selected by CTC Gifts.   Depending on item and where it is being shipping to we could use various carriers to find the most cost effective method.  Free Shipping items could be 2-9 business days in transit.  Most  items arrive within a week after shipping.

• Put your zip code in the box under the item
• Click Get Rates
• Under your zip code it will have a Drop down screen with USPS in it.  If you click on the drop down screen you will see your alternate shipping options. 
  
• You can also click the drop down screen next to the USPS and select Fedex options or UPS options
  

Some of our items ship direct from the manufacturer. 
Average order processing time for most of the manufacturer's is 1-3 business days.
